Blu Health is a trusted recruitment agency supporting a wide range of healthcare services across Australia, including NDIS providers, aged care, disability services, community care, and hospitals.

We’re currently hiring passionate and dependable Support Workers for casual shifts in the North Brisbane Region, including areas such as Boondall, Taigum, Aspley, Nudgee, Chermside, Chapel Hill, Stafford Heights, Deagon, Hamilton, Bray Park, The Gap, Ascot, Brookfield, Virginia, and St Lucia.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll make a positive impact by assisting clients with:

  • Personal care
  • Domestic tasks
  • Meal preparation
  • Community access
  • Support within respite centres

You’ll be working across day services and providing in-home support to various clients.

What’s On Offer

  • $43.89 AM rate plus applicable penalties and allowances
  • Paid travel time between client visits
  • Reimbursement for kilometres travelled between shifts
  • Flexible weekday rosters (Monday to Friday), with a minimum of 1–2 shifts per week expected

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of paid experience in aged care, or a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Registered, insured, and roadworthy vehicle
  • Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Proof of current Flu vaccination
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You”
