PALM ACE Programs

BLU Healthcare is an accredited provider of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) and Australian Care Experience (ACE) programs. We connect aged care employers in regional and remote areas with qualified, compassionate workers from nine Pacific Island nations and Timor Leste.
Every worker arrives job ready, having completed the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), qualifying them to work as Level 3 Direct Care Employees under the Aged Care Award. With strong retention, full wraparound support and a values led approach, PALM ACE builds long term workforce resilience, ethically and sustainably.
