When your RN friend completes 160 paid hours within 6 months, you both receive a $500 cash bonus...that’s $1,000 shared between you.

Yes,  only Registered Nurses can be referred, and both of you need to be active BLU employees-you need to have worked 1 x shift in last 6 months, and the RN needs to work 160 hours within 6 months from start date - for you both to be paid the bonus. Referring is simple: your friend can even work in a different state or clinical area to you, no problem. Make sure you complete the form on this page to register your refrral! $500 bonus payment will be paid as wages, including statutory obligations such as tax and superannuation will be subtracted.

Once your RN buddy hits their 160 hours, we’ll arrange payment straight to you.
