We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers for casual positions in the Fraser Coast region, including Hervey Bay and Maryborough suburbs.


As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

Most of the role focuses on domestic tasks, supporting clients with everyday household needs such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. In addition, the position involves assisting with community access, providing personal care, and offering support within respite care centres.

You'll be working across day services and providing in-home support to various elderely clients.Applicants should be comfortable with regular clenaing duties, as these are a core component of the position.

What We Offer

• $44.59 per hour plus penalties and allowances
• Paid travel time between clients
• Reimbursement for kilometres travelled during shifts
• Flexible weekday shifts (Monday to Friday only)
• Minimum requirement of 1-2 shifts per fortnight
• Immediate start available for the right candidates
• Choice of long shifts (6-7 hours) or short shifts (4-5 hours), typically scheduled from morning to afternoon.

About You - Required Qualifications and Documents

To be considered, you must have:

• Minimum one year of paid experience in aged care or disability support
  OR Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• National Police Check issued within the last 3 years
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: "Quality, Safety and You".
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Registered, insured, and roadworthy personal vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
