in the New South Wales regions, including Ocean Shores, Myocum, Tweed Heads, Ballina, Burringbar, Goonellabah,

About the role
- Opportunities available for support in SIL arrangements and aged care facilities.
- Work on a 24-hour care model with varied shifts: morning (from 6 am), afternoon (from 2 pm), sleepovers, and active night shifts.
- Assist participants with personal activities, including hygiene, medication, manual handling, domestic tasks, and meals.
- Support clients with challenging behaviours using specific Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP).
- Help participants engage in community, social, and recreational activities.
- Provide support in both group and one-on-one settings.
- Use a company or personal vehicle for participant transportation to community outings.
About you
- Experience in disability care or holding a Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability/Aged Care.
- Current Drivers License
- A roadworthy, registered, and insured vehicle
- Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate “Quality, Safety and You”
- Experience with epilepsy clients and Midazolam training (desirable)
