Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6–12 months recent experience as a Patient Care Assistant / Personal Care Assistant within hospitals or healthcare facilities
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Full Australian working rights
- Current vaccination evidence in line with hospital requirements
- Ability to provide patient-centred care with professionalism and compassion
- Reliable and adaptable
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
