We have need for casual PCWs to work within residential aged care facilities sites in the Gold Coats in suburbs like Labrador, Benowa and Southport.
Position Summary
As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
- Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
- Work effectively within a team-based facility environment.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in residential aged care settings (Mandatory)
- Driver’s License.
- National Police Check.
- Yellow Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
